my room included a large couch and wi-fi. the breakfast was sumptuous and outstanding with a wide array of appetising food on offer.

My stay at this business hotel was excellent. the staff was friendly and exceptional, and the breakfast had a fantastic variety of food choices. the room I booked had beautiful mountain views.

Everything in this hotel was just perfect. For a price of 130 euro/night, this is the best hotel you can find in Almaty. Great design in the rooms, very well thought through every detail, friendly service, nice people. Clean, new, bright, high-tech rooms. Perfect for business (wifi and printer in room) and leisure travelers. Located in the centre of the town (however, it is hard to find the center as such)

Very nicely redesigned this year, extremely comnfortable rooms and infrastructure (including it). Welcoming personnel at the reception and at the restaurant

Not very efficient room-cleaning service (slow to respond, leaving things unattended, forgetting to replace spent tea/ coffee etc.). Inflexible service policy: left a power supply in the room when checking out, the hotel refused to pass it to a colleague of mine at another hotel within Almaty free of charge. Given the price level, this is suprising, one could expect more generosity. Breakfast could have been included in the room price.

I was delighted by the beautiful and elegant decor of the hotel. The tasteful furniture and soothing colors created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people like me, with spacious hallways and comfortable seating areas.

I would have appreciated some more assistance from the staff, especially the younger ones working there. A bit more patience and attentiveness towards us seniors would have made our vacation even better.

Nice, quiet and located in a good place. Airport transfer at 3 in the morning - everything was just well. The room was big, TV full of channels, the bed was super comfortable, the personnel was nice.

The water in the basin was running in a thin trickle so that you spend half an hour to wash your face

Booked a room with very modern open design. The breakfast was sumptuous and great with pastries and cooked to order eggs, as example, worth the price. The location was particularly good and ideal - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. In general the service was great.

The service here was top-notch - they really took care of us. the bed was so comfy, the rooms were all decked out in modern decor, and everything looked brand new. the food was amazing! 🍽️ Our spot was nice and peaceful, just how we like it. Plus, we were close to tons of restaurants, cafes, the city center, and all the cool spots everyone wants to see.

We stayed in this hotel 2 times and really liked it. The staff is very polite and competent, the hotel is quiet, clean and very modern. Highly recommended.

Not anything particular, I think that the problem for all hotels is that they are quite expensive, but I think it is not the problem of the hotel, but the market itself.

very welcoming staff, room is very clean and comfortable. I stayed at smoking room and there was no any smell of previous smokers. very nice location close to the center. worth transfer to/from airport (3500 KZT).
